Q.What happens if I exceed my scan quota?

The service continues. Each extra scan is billed between €0.01 and €0.02 depending on your plan, on the next month’s invoice.

Q.Where is user data stored?

Exclusively in France. No photo kept, no transfer outside the European Union, signed DPA.

Q.Can I change plans along the way?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Upgrade prorates immediately, downgrade applies the following month.

Q.What level of technical support?

Email support on every plan. Priority support with a dedicated Account Manager from Growth onwards.

Q.Can the recommended products be configured?

Yes. Your catalogue is fully editable: you add, remove and modify products from the dashboard.
